Ziel: Das Unternehmen am Telefon intern und extern positiv repräsentieren und heikle Situationen souverän meistern.

Inhalt:

Das Telefon ist eine der wichtigsten Visitenkarten eines Unternehmens und ein ideales Instrument zur Kundengewinnung und -bindung. Dies gilt sowohl für interne wie externe Dienstleistungen. Die Praxis belegt jedoch, dass es immer wieder verärgerte und enttäuschte Geschäftspartner gibt, nach einem Gespräch oft noch viele Fragen offen sind und dadurch unnötige Rückrufe entstehen.

  • Professionelles Telefonverhalten bei eingehenden Gesprächen
  • Rhetorische Wundersätze
  • Verschiedene Kommunikationsmodelle
  • Lösungsvorschläge für die individuellen Telefonsituationen der Teilnehmenden

Die Teilnehmenden werden gebeten, ihre eigenen Telefonsituationen mitzubringen. Das Seminar zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Referentin speziell auf diese individuellen Telefonsituationen eingeht. Das Training ist sehr interaktiv. Es wird mit einer professionellen Telefonanlage gearbeitet.

Voraussetzung: Erfahrung mit geschäftlichen Telefonaten.
